  4. Life is Good

    10 out of 10

You know how people have been saying that Hip-Hop is dead? Nas even did a song about Hip-Hop’s downfall, which is ironic, right? For me, hip hop was never dead and it never will be, all it needed was some mouth to mouth. Nas has always been that person to bring back and revive what we all thought we had lost.

This 15/21 track album has Nas’s heart and soul on it. To talking about murderers in Accident Murderers feat Rick Ross, To a gentle caring, fatherly track in Daughters. This album has me wondering, what the hell have i wasted my ears on this year. Featuring artist like Mary J Blige, Anthony Hamilton, and even the late and great Amy Winehouse, Nas knew he had to one up his rap game to show why hip hop was never dead. My personal favorite track is Daughters. When i heard it, i felt Nas’s pain of having a daughter and the fear of having one in this day of age. Made me wonder if i have a daughter, what would happen to her.

I hope with this album, Nas has made a message to other old rappers and asked for help to bring back true hip hop. This is hopefully the album to end others rappers careers and set a new trail for new comers.

  7. channel ORANGE

Frank Ocean has had an interesting month and made July his absolute bitch. Coming out as a bisexual and releasing this beauty will be the greatest memory everyone will have till they’re dead. channel ORANGE is one of those albums you don’t want to talk bad or negative about. With it’s soothing melody, amazing sounds, and lyrics. Don’t know where to start and don’t want to finish.

channel ORANGE is a 16 track wonderland that sounds like a personal life of Mr. Ocean. “Start” really grabbed my attention when i heard the psOne opening and then old school street fighter. Everything else was a head nodder. It was like listening to jazz in a modern day lifestyle. This album only has collaboration with Andre 3000, Earl, and even John Mayer. John fucking Mayer. Personally, favorite track is “Pyramid” cause of of the sound, melody, and everything else. It was like seeing the video first hand, but in my head.

channel ORANGE will be something i’ll be bumping this year, and then the next, and then the afterlife. If you ain’t got no Franky, you’re a dumb bitch. Bet you got some Omarion, but no Franky.

    RATE: 9.5 out of 10

Gambino’s newest mixtape came out today, which is not only a great present for gambino fans, but also America as well. His newest mixtape, royalty, has to be the greatest mixtape i’ve heard in a while. His lyrics are harder and funnier than ever. Childish has never dissappointed his fans with his work and i don’t think he will. This will turn non believers into worshipers.

This 18 track mixtape includes familiar rappers like The Rza, Bun B, Beck, and Ghostface Killah. To other artist like Gonage, Danny Brown, Kilo Kush, Ally Boy, and more. My personal favorite track on there is Silk Pillow because is has a mellow, but hype vibe with it. Like the collaboration with Run D.M.C and Aerosmith, but with Gambino and Beck.

All and all, this mixtape should be the summer’s anthem. If you love Gambino, download it, lay back, and enjoy. If you haven’t, then you’re missing out. It’s royalty.

  14. ANOTHER NSFW VIDEO BECAUSE THEY’RE GRRRREAAT FT. TYGA

    Tyga- Make it nasty

I normally don’t Youtube all that much, so I wasn’t aware that Youtube allows nudity now. However I am not complaining. Tyga (probably the most talented in YMCMB In my opinion) rhymes about some pretty gnarly shit in this song and the video definitely lives up to the lyrics, without of course becoming an adult video that you can find on any of the internets’ plethora of tube sites.

I mean whats better than tons of busty females half naked?
